As part of the Pompey Darkroom Micro Residency inside the studio at Aspex Portsmouth

Join Tiago Valeiro, a member of Pompey Darkroom, for a Drop-in workshop on text, photography and narrative.

With access to a wide range of physical art materials, printers and projectors explore the interpretation of photographs and text, and how both interact with each other. Learn and work about how text dismantles meaning in photography and recreates it to build new narratives.

Visitors are welcome to bring their photographs or books to be printed and scanned, as a way of making the work more personal but both will be provided in the space.

The session will run 12-4pm and is drop in with no need to book!
