Hilsea Through a Lens April Photowalk

Join Community Spotlight CIC and Pompey Darkroom for Hilsea Through a Lens, a monthly photography walk series inviting you to slow down, connect, and discover the extraordinary in the everyday.

The April photowalk will be led by photographer Eddie Stenstrom, who will offer gentle prompts, practical guidance and space to experiment, helping you explore how photography can capture the character and details of a place whilst wandering through Hilsea.

Open to all abilities, no specialist knowledge is needed, and cameras and phones are welcome. Each session is designed to be creative, supportive and welcoming.

Come along, explore Hilsea through a new perspective, and connect through photography.

Sunday 26 April 2026, 1pm - 3pm.

Meeting point - Hilsea Train Station, Airport Service Road, Hilsea, Portsmouth, Hampshire PO3 5FT (Please arrive 10 minutes before the walk is due to start).

Tickets are £5, with proceeds supporting professional facilitation and Community Spotlight CIC’s wider community work in Hilsea.

Book your place on Eventbrite here.

This photography walk is part of the Hilsea Station Adoption Events Programme hosted in collaboration with Community Spotlight CIC and Pompey Darkroom.
